The branch was first formed in 1981 by six local Triumph Owners meeting together in the Crown, Tavistock Street, Bedford.  The group gradually grew, moving to hold meetings in the Five Bells at Cople.

In 1982 we were recognised by the national club as an official branch.  The branch continued to grow in numbers through 1982 leading to a move to the "Exhibition" at Lower Shelton for our weekly meetings.

In 1986 we moved again to meet in the Rose and Crown, Ridgmont, Beds.

In July 2004 we moved to The Woolpack in Wilstead, Beds.

Since March 2008 we have been meeting at the Red Lion in Wilstead.

We now have approximately 100 full members in the branch. Branch members come from a large area mainly covering Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire & Cambrigeshire.  Members within the Bedford Branch share a wide range of interests.

If you have an Old Classic or a Brand new Sports Triumph come down and say Hello, you will be more than welcome!!

We have BBQ nights through out the summer months.

The Triumph Owners Motor Cycle Club is affiliated to both the A.C.U. and the B.M.F. .
